I was reminded again this morning of the power of children's literature.
I picked this book up at a yard sale last week.
Softly and beautifully illustrated.
The story of a little girl who loves the familiar summer and doesn't like the idea of winter.
It is the story of winter wooing her, surprising her with how wonderful he can be.
It's a great book about the fear of change...for children of all ages.
This is my favorite page. She's hiding in fall.
